Pacific Resort Aitutaki

This resort is a beachfront resort on 0.5 miles of white sand beach, and tucked into the border of 17 acres of gardens, tropical foliage and flowers. The island of Aitutaki is one of nine islands in the southern group of the Cook Islands. The resort offers water sports, an infinity pool, lagoon cruises, and bicycle and scooter rentals. The Aitutaki Spa specializes in skin and body treatments in a Balinese style.

The restaurants, Rapae Bay Restaurant and Black Rock Café, use their own resort-grown banana, mango, passion fruit, and herbs. The resort also provides Island Night, Friday evening Polynesian feasts. The resort’s recreation facility provides Internet access (surcharge).

The resort has 27 guest facilities. Beachfront bungalows and suites offer lagoon views from private verandas. They are decorated in a mixture of Polynesian and Indonesian styles with mat ceilings, tropical-colored fabrics, and dark, lustrous wood floors. All include CD players, minibars with snacks and beverages, and ceiling fans. Welcome amenities include sarongs and fruit bowls. Suites include glass-walled showers adjoining private courtyard gardens. All bungalows and suites are single story; and all have outside access.
